Effective from 1st September 2021, Okuma Australia's standard rates for Field Service (Mechanical & Electrical), Applications Support and Training are:

$170 per hour (minimum 1 hour) and thereafter in 15 min blocks |

Overtime (normal weekdays) |
$255 per hour (one hour blocks for first 3 hours) |

On-site before 7:00am and after 6:00pm |
$340 per hour (one hour blocks for work beyond 3 hours) The maximum overtime in one period is 6 hours |
| Weekends and public holidays | $510 per hour in one hour blocks (continuous to a maximum of 6 hours in one period) |
| Travel fee by Motor Car | $100 (minimum 1 hour) all occasions plus $100 per additional hour of travel thereafter to and from in 15 min blocks |
| Travel fee by Air flight | Flight cost + 10% plus $100 per hour airport to airport time, return. |
| Accommodation & associated costs will be + 10% |
